Excellent location and somewhat updated property. Bathroom still have shower curtains and there's popcorn on the ceiling, but otherwise can tell this has had a recent update. Definitely would stay again.

The young lady who works behind the desk overnight (specifically on 10/13 when I checked in after midnight) offered a warm and positive welcome. When I first walked in, I got the vibe from the person in front of me that they weren’t that nice to her (no clue as to why) but after she was done assisting them, she quickly turned to my group with a positive attitude and greeted us. I also had a bit of an issue with a rattling noise from the a/c vent in my original room, and she was happy to place me somewhere else (even though I know it was a busy weekend with a USC home game). I just wanted to say I think she has great customer service skills! Also my stay there was very pleasant. My room was clean, breakfast was great, and location was very convenient!

Overall the hotel is a nice hotel, great area but my friends and I had to get moved 3 times before we were finally put into a clean room. The first two rooms had hair, and dirty sheets on the pull out bed plus trash under the pullout.

This property has the service of an Econolodge or Motel 6 property. Most Hyatt Cat 1 hotels are way better than this one. Definitely not a Hyatt Cat 3 property as advertised. Dirty lobby restrooms, fitness room not taken care of adequately, moldy breakfast blueberry muffins, front office personnel’s failure to carry out a simple request of bringing an item to the room because they didn’t have it available then, no Google Chromecast capabilities in the room, housekeeping entering our room immediately without waiting for me to open the door. $18 plus tax daily parking charge. Fitness room with no cleaning wipes and with a cracked mirror. We will not return.

Love this hotel! Everything was spot on!! All the employees are smiling and super friendly!! Breakfast was excellent!! Stay here you will like it!!

Check in area confusing and unstaffed when I arrived to check in. It looked like a diner counter and no one was behind it. Room had hair stuck to wall over bed, hair in shower, unswept floor,broken blind,dirty refrigerator
